Shipping & Surveys
Rewards: Every physical reward was shipped by July 2025 to backers who responded to the BackerKit survey, a whopping 11,238 shipments!! If you received yours — we hope you’re loving it!
Why some are pending: From a total of 11,955 backers, only about 600 backers haven’t completed the BackerKit survey yet. This is separate from Kickstarter’s native survey. If you have signed up to Kickstarter using a private Apple ID we won't be able to send you the BackerKit survey.

Action needed: If you haven’t received your reward, please complete your BackerKit survey. If you see an error that your email can't be found, please either DM us on Kickstarter with your correct email, or email [email protected] and we’ll fix that.
What we’ve been busy with
1) Pocket Tripod PROv2 — local fulfillment expansion
We've been setting up local fulfilment for our International customers for faster deliveries and to eliminate the hassle of imports.
For slimmer devices like iPhone Air, Pixel Fold, and other thin cases, we’re tooling up new Adapter molds, as slim as to 5.5 mm. The kit will include sizes 5.5–9.5 mm
If you need Adapters for a slim phone not already included in the Universal Kit you received, please sign up here to get notified as soon as they become available (December-January).

4) Guided Photography Tours (Iceland + Dolomites)
We’re planning small‑group, creator‑focused photo tours with renowned photographers to epic locations like Iceland and the Dolomites.

First off, thank you so much for your patience—I appreciate it! I'm thrilled to announce that the April batch rewards are now ready to ship and are on their way to our fulfilment centers. April Colors: Slight Delay but Moving Along! 🚀

Hey April Backers! We're making great progress! We're slightly behind schedule (about 3-4 weeks), because we made an important update to the design of the 1/4 inch metal inserts. This tweak ensures better plastic flow around the inserts during injection molding, which improves overall quality and reliability. As you can see below, we explored a couple of new ideas before kicking off the April Color production. Both production designs are functionally identical.
Another reason for the delay was that creating "master batch" materials for each new color took a bit longer than expected. We had to go back and forth a few times to perfect some of the colors. If you’re curious about how these colors are created, check out our previous update for a behind-the-scenes look at the process!

April Colors Rewards in Production!

Hey backers!
Great news! The all-new April Colors have officially entered production!
As you know I recently visited our manufacturer's factory. One of the main reasons for the trip was to assist them in dialing in the new colors. It’s one of those things that really needs to be done in person to get right.
Here's a preview of the work that goes into creating new colors:
I know some of you have asked to see the final results of how the April Colors will look. This video should give you a solid idea. It was filmed on an iPhone, so what you’re seeing is pretty true-to-life across different lighting conditions. If you watch it on Youtube directly, you can see it in HDR for more true-to-life colors.
I’ll also be doing a studio photoshoot of the new products later this month, and I’ll share those photos in the next update.

Make sure you’ve filled out the BackerKit Survey, not the Kickstarter one. That’s the one we use to fulfill rewards.
If your reward tier includes April Colors, shipping hasn’t started yet—we expect to begin by April 30th.
If you’re in an earlier batch (December or January) and haven’t received your reward, but you’ve completed your BackerKit survey, please email us. There might be some missing info we need to finalize your shipment.

Factory Visit

Hey backers,
I recently visited our manufacturer’s factory in China and had the pleasure of meeting the people involved in making the Pocket Tripod PROv2. This is the injection molding factory where the majority of the work is done, and the most critical components are produced, assembled, and packaged.
I did a first-hand spot check of the products that are going to our fulfilment centers and I was very happy with the quality and attention to detail.
The trip itself was very eventful. In the next update, I’ll show you our fulfillment center where we handle international shipments from. Most of my time was spent perfecting the April colors, which will be the focus of its own update.
